VSYN Systems SMS Messaging

VSYN Systems provides optional SMS messaging for workforce communications.

Workers may use an authorized VSYN Systems project phone number to communicate workforce information such as:

• Absence notifications
• Late arrival notifications
• Project or schedule delays
• General workforce communications

How to Opt In

Participation in VSYN Systems SMS messaging is voluntary.

To opt in, an eligible worker may text START to the VSYN Systems phone number provided for their authorized project or workplace.

By texting START, the user expressly agrees to receive SMS text messages from VSYN Systems related to workforce communications at the mobile number used to opt in.

After opting in, VSYN Systems may send instructions requesting information such as the worker’s name, project/site, reason for the communication, and expected arrival or return time. VSYN Systems may also send confirmation or follow-up messages related to the worker’s communication.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS communications.

Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Workers may continue to use other available methods of workforce communication when applicable.

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
